So I have a leaky inner CV boot on the driver's side. Read a few threads on how to fix it but that's not my issue. Have a simple lift on my 07 SR5 (5100 with 884's) and when I put the lift on the inner CV boot wasn't rubbing. Since the leaky boot, it seems to be rubbing on itself (unlike the passenger side which originally was the same as the driver's side). It doesn't appear to have slipped as the boot is in the same position, just past the lip on the axle shaft. Any idea why it's like this now? Suggestions how to fix it, or is it not too much of a worry? Not rubbing a lot, just touching but you can see a rub line beginning.
