CV Boot Question

So I just had my 4Runner lifted (Rough Country 2.5 front / 3 rear, ToyTec Diff drop) and after the lift, maybe even before, one of the boots connected the the front diff on the passenger side started leaking. It isn't as bad with the diff drop on. Put it on 2 days after the lift and haven't wheeled it yet.. I've searched quite a bit to find a picture of the same boot leaking and can't find one. So here's a pic...
So my question is, does it look like a new clamp will fix it? I've heard of someone putting another clamp right next to the original, almost on top of actually. Does it look like it would need to be removed, regressed, and reclamped? Or could I just add a new clamp. Took it to my Yota guy and he said the bearing looked good and didn't seem to be failing. What would be the best way to address this?

Don't know why it's sideways. lol. checked orientation both on my computer and phone. This is before the diff drop.

That's not a CV boot. If your "yota guy" thought it was a CV boot too, you need a new yota guy.

It's not connected to your diff, nor is it affected in any way by a diff drop.

To answer your question, that's the boot on driver's side of your power steering rack. If it's leaking, it's because the seals inside the rack are leaking. The fix is not to change the boot, regrease, etc. The fix is to re-seal, or replace, the steering rack.

Maybe I misunderstood him. Lol. Would it be leaking a type of oil? I just DIY flushed my PS using a baster. There are two separate leaks. Theres this one where the oil is seeping slowly from the rubber boot. And the other is from the rack. This one is leaking oil. Almost looks like gear oil, but thinner. The other is leaking a mix of ATF and Stop Leak. Would this leak oil normally? Or would it be the ATF?
