Burro Wash Trip
So I started school again to get my Master's degree after a few months off. I still try and hit the dirt every chance I get! Heading to Zion in a few hours! Here's a couple shots from last week's trip to Burro Wash. I've recently picked up a set of TRED4X4 Pros to add to my recovery gear!

Freespirit Recreation Goodies and Other Updates
My awning and ready light from Freespirit Recreation came and I was able to install the awning prior to my trip to Utah last week! I picked up awning mounts from bajaracks but I'm either going to cut the bracket down and drill new holes or get a different set of awning mounts because I think the awning sits a little higher than I want it to. Either way, I love having an awning and it makes sleeping in my car overnight comfortable because I can crack the window to let air flow in to the car with having to worry about getting the interior wet.

I wanted to come up with a good solution to tying down items on the roof rack of my vehicle and came across a company called Snaploc. I picked up 3 pairs of their e-track singles and fabricated my own brackets to mount them to the bajarack.

I'm going to redo the brackets in the future so they look better but the snaploc system has held up well so far.

I have also recently installed the Diode Dynamics tail as turn mod which makes your turn signals an additional backup light. It's literally, a night and day difference in light output for my reverse lights. I also picked up a used 4 gallon rotopax but still need to mount it to the rack. This coming week will be time for the long awaited suspension upgrade! Stay subscribed for the next update!

March Update
I've finally upgraded my suspension! I went with Bilstein 6112's with a half inch top mount spacers up front and 5160's in the rear with my stock springs and 2" leveling spacer. I will upgrade the rear springs in the future. So far the ride has been amazing and I'm happy with my purchase. I've added the TRED4X4 mounts for the TRED pro boards and a 4 gallon rotopax to the roof rack.

I have also added a wireless lighting switch solution for my exterior light switches that require no wires to be ran through the interior! Trigger Wireless Accessory Control System

Awesome looking in the pictures but better looking in person. I ran into you about a month ago in the Walmart parking lot. Thanks for taking the time to talk to me about your 4Runner. Hopefully I will run into you in the future and maybe hit the trails together. My trd pro came in and I am waiting for the FedEx truck literally as I type this for my c4 sliders to be delivered. Keep up with the awesome pictures, you got a great eye.

Wheel Update
Decided to change it up a little with a different set of wheels. Picked up a set of Level 8 Motorsports Bully Pros. Theyre a half inch wider and weight about 4 pounds lighter each wheel compared to my last set. Decided to change it up a little with a different set of wheels. Picked up a set of Level 8 Motorsports Bully Pros. Theyre a half inch wider and weight about 4 pounds lighter each wheel compared to my last set. Thanks! I love my c4 bumper and I wanted to keep the OEM look. There are tons of trails here in Las Vegas to check out. I'm usually out every weekend but work and school have been taking up a lot of my time lately. I'm gonna try and head out to little red rock on Saturday for a few hours. Had camping plans but my coworker flaked out on me.

We did the fenders while still on the vehicle. There are a couple of fender pieces that snap in to place but I highly suggest leaving them installed. The clips that hold them on are very fragile. We broke one clip while trying to vinyl wrap the fenders and decided to just leave them on the car.

I still have a 43" led bar I need to mount to the top of the rack. In need of some custom mounting brackets in order for it to happen (in the works). Also looking at rear bumper setups. I have a couple of different manufacturers in mind but nothing firmed up as of yet. Looking for something that offers better departure angle than the stock rear bumper. I would definitely need something that has a swing out tire carrier, maybe a fold down table.

Summer Update
It's been a busy summer for me and the 4Runner and lots of changes have been made! First off, I was able to install the 43" led light bar on front of the roof rack.

I opted for a Shrockworks rear bumper/tire carrier and it has been an excellent choice so far. Prior to installing the rear bumper, I upgraded the rear springs to a set of Toytec Superflex HD's and also added their bumpstop extenders.

The rear cargo area of my vehicle now has a 2 drawer setup with a sliding tray made by a local woodworker and I have also installed the MSP storage system by Ragofabrication on my back windows.
