Dash Lights

I was wondering if it's normal on a 05 4Runner for the dash lights to be on even with the headlights turned off. It's really throwing me off.

When your headlights are on, there should be a little green light bulb icon that lights up on your dashboard.

Thanks guys. I did notice the green light. I only had the 4Runner for a few days. Still getting used to my new baby.

I worry about these staying on all the time. How much of a pain in the a$% is changing the light bulbs going to be??

I'm seeing a lot of scraped knuckles and cursing in the future

I seem to remember reading that these are LEDs, not incandescent bulbs. If so, they should last the life of the vehicle (knock wood!).

I hope so. I just had my wifes dash lights replaced in her cross country and the dash had to be removed.
