Dash Removal

I'm in need of removing the main dash panel (over the center and passenger side. I have the screws in the front out, as well as the bolt underneath the drivers side bezel, but it's still stuck somehow.... I'm really perplexed, as I removed this a few years back on my old 4Runner...

Any ideas?

You will need to remove the glove box and part of the heater duct, there is a nut up under there that needs to be removed, then you will need to remove the heater vent by the passenger door (this can be a pain in the ass) and there is a bolt behind the vent. after that the dash pad will come off.
