Dash Speakers

Read through several threads and seem to be getting conflicting info. Looking to upgrade dash speakers in my nightshade with JBL. Is there a direct replacement upgrade available?

Because the JBL system uses a separate amp to power everything, there no direct drop in. Someone figured it out but I think he had to use a certain resistor on the driver.
