either will work, there was just a thread about this - one if for the FJ and puts the rear bump stop at stock height and the other meant for the 4r buts the bump stop above the spacer.

So if I'm doing the FJ swap, which kit do I need? Or does it not matter since the set up is almost the same?

You confused me when you mentioned the FJ in your post.
