DC voltmeter / cigarette lighter swap

Hi all. I have been wanting to have a somewhat consistent view of my voltage so I swapped out the cigarette lighter for a Blue Sea voltmeter and relocated the lighter plug to the glove box.

If I wanted to see the volts I would just get something like this.

Good work. I will check out your thread. I've discharged the battery accidently a couple of times. While camping in the back country this would be a good peace of mind.

did this a few years ago with the bluesea voltmeter as well. i turned the cubby into 2x bluesea cigarette ports.
