DDM vs MORIMOTO

So i got my Morimoto kit this morning and got it installed and one of the Bulbs was not firing up but i wasnt that pissed as i feel they are a good company. So i emailed them and they said they would send me a new one.

Ive been buying from DDM for several years now, basically for every car ive had and ive been involved with... id say ive bought no less than 50 pairs of HIDs from them, and the ones that have failed have been from time, never had a problem with mismatched bulbs or anything, could be luck!
 
I've actually had it with DDM. I've ordered probably 50 kits for myself and my bro from them without a problem till recently. I had a ballast and bulb that was DOA. Both myself and another person tested it as faulty.

I sent it back to DDM on my dime and they tell me it works and I owe them $15 for them to send it back. Their warranty is worthless.
 
Also, if you havent checked him out talk to Whitebeauty here on the forums. I know he's a vendor on XRunderground and has a pretty good rep.
 
Did you swap the bulbs on each side to test if its the ballast or bulb not working? I need to save up and upgrade to their latest ballast, i have the last years model 5fives, i hear d the new ones are faster, i couldnt tell from the 3fives i put on my dad's retro i did 3 weeks ago.

My 3fives fire up fast as hell compared to my phillips ballasts

Yea I did the bulb swap. But i got the 5five ballast, have you had any problems with those? Also my bulbs are supposed to be 3Five right? Because i have the 50W system.
