I'm going to have them disable the seatbelt alarm, and have the keyfob roll down all four windows.
Instructions for disabling the Green ECO light display is somewhere in the owner's manual, you can do that yourself. So I started a list of things I want the dealership to re-program when I take it in for the 1st, 6 month maintenance:
1] disable the Eco-display
2] disable the panic button on the key
3]?
4]?...
What other things should be on my list?
Thanks,

It should read- remove the Eco display.
Yes you can disable its on your own,
* but you can have it removed all together also, I did it with Carista
I just bought the Carista. Seemed easier than remembering to ask the dealer to do something I might want changed later.
Also - the Eco thing, I was hoping it was gonna stop that annoying green light from coming on.

ECO light can be disabled using the DISP button on steering wheel. Cycle through to Settings, hold button to choose, select ECO lamp and turn it off.

Seriously? I swore I tried and that it was something others said annoyingly couldn't be disabled.
Sweet!!
Thanks!

another programming change I'd like is to have the radio continue to play after the ignition is turned off yet still in the T4R.

Does anyone know what "Mechanical key linked operation" means for the power window functions?
I also own a VW and I am able to put my key in the drivers door and turn and hold in the unlocked position to lower all the windows. Its really handy. I am hopping that I can activate it on my 4Runner
