Another reason I hate the dealership model, padding and up selling. Went in for my 20k mile service, which consists of a tire rotation and oil change. This dealer network (Hendrick) is telling customers they need to have an alignment done every YEAR or 15-20k miles.
Bear this in mind those of you who might have other people drop your vehicles off for service.
