Noloc & Cleric, I got your PMs, cut them out last night, and put them in the mail this morning. Trance, I still haven't gotten a PM from you, but I made one that is reserved for you, so let me know. The cutouts aren't perfect by any means, but they should do the trick.
I made 1 additional cutout last night and will send it to the first person that responds to this post. I also cut 7 rectangles that can be used to make your own cutout and they will be sent to the next 7 seven people to post asking for one.

Fender Flares
Noloc asked the other day, in a PM, what else I am working on besides the fender flares that I discussed in another thread that he remembered. If anyone is curious my latest efforts/purchases, I am trying to keep a current list in the first post of this thread. It doesn't have all the details by any means but it is pretty much everything that I have on the drawing board right now.
BTW, I forwarded him the emails/info on the fender flares to get some help in researching it. Right now it looks like we have a company in the UK & maybe one in Canada that can have the Over Fender flares shipped directly to us from Japan. The latest estimate is that they would be ~$470 + $170 shipping to my zip code and they come unpainted. No dimensions as of yet but I think I remember that Shuei's website had a 45 mm dimension listed. The other outstanding issue is that there are two different models listed for the Hilux Surf 215, the TRN, and the RZN. After googling it thoroughly I think it is probably the RZN that we are looking for, but I can't be sure. Here is two pictures of a guys white hilux in japan from the 4th Gen Hilux Surf Mod Gallery that I posted about a while back. I actually previously posted these pictures seperately in the thread regarding my Chrome Taillight Trim that should finally be here really soon. I believe he also has the Hilux Rear Bumper Step Guard that is polished aluminum and says SURF on it, that I will be ordering shortly.
I'm sure Noloc will keep us posted if he finds out anything further on the fender flares.

Regarding the rear bumper step guard, I think it was www.japanparts.com that you were refering to. It is listed on THIS PAGE and you can jump directly to the poor quality picture by CLICKING HERE.
OK, I've got a secret for all of you that frequent my thread. I told Trance yesterday in a PM to not post about this sweet website because the dealer is unloading the latest crate from Japan, and selfishly, I didn't want all of you to start ordering from them quite yet, because I am anxious to get my taillight trim and Hilux Surf Trash Stash. Here is the link to go to this "Toyota Japan 4Runner Bumper Protector" on their site. What makes this even more special is this site is run by the very reputable Steve Ganz of Carson Toyota. They have received much praise on T4R.ORG. I felt bad not sharing with all of you where I am planning on getting this stuff. There is some pretty amazing stuff on this site. Yeah I had found that site not too long ago...If you go to the Carson Toyota site and click on one of the Parts buttons, it links to that site. A great selection, but I think a lot of the prices can be beat if you have the time to do some research. Probably the best grouping of accessories I have seen in one place (not including Japanese sites that are not only impossible to read, but laid out really weird and strange to navigate).

Hilux Surf Trash Stash
Here is my Hilux Surf Trash Stash. This trash bag was $39 from Steve Ganz of Carson Toyota. I'm kinda bummed tonight.....I just found out that Noloc found some real chrome door handles as opposed to my expensive covers.
I knew I could count on Noloc to post up some good pics of the only instructions it came with: Noloc's thread

Chroming the Front & Rear Bumper Pieces
Well, on to another mod I am working on. Some of us began to talk about it in a classifieds thread. I have found a shop that will do it for between $110-150 per piece. It is done via a process called vacuum metalizing. I attempted to take these pieces off, only to find it is going to be much more difficult than I expected. Pictured below are the bolts/snaps I took off the rear bumper piece, only to find out that I couldn't get the dam thing off. There are other bolts that I just couldn't find a way to get to. What is weird is that on the rear bumper the silver piece on my Limited seems to be integrated into the bumper (not a seperate piece over the bumper). The front bumper piece appears to just be a cover. I did manage to get the bottom of the front piece off, but couldn't get the top loose. It seemed like all I had left was to push on a few tabs, but I couldn't get it loose. Maybe with two sets of hands it would be possible, without removing the entire bumper.
I have spoke with Good Times (he put on custom off-roading bumpers) about this via PM and this is what he had to say:
I have my stock bumpers but mine were claddings (the pre-colored version). Taking off the entire requires lots of patience and lots of bolts (good luck - it was a pain for me too).
I would say removing the entire rear bumper to access that one portion of the bumper would be a wise idea.

Member AKrunner gave me a good deal at $15 shipped for the flat cargo net shown in this pic. You can also see my other cargo net in the foreground, as well as the cargo shelf, cargo cover, drycleaning bar, and my new mounting location for the Toyota First Aid Kit. Grill Decision
I need all of your help in deciding if I should get this Shuei Chrome Grill. Here is the cost breakdown:
Grill = $385.56
Shipping = $53.61
Credit card fee = $23.14
Total = $462.36
I know ultimately it is a personal decision based on taste and $$$ but I wanted to hear some feedback, even if it is something like: "you are crazy to spend that much and it is dam ugly".
