Did the 203k oil change today and found this!

What is it???

Had the head gaskets replaced at 185k, oil is fine nothing milky just this under the cap.

I read somewhere that it is condensation build up and nothing to worry about as long as the oil looks good.

This happens if you do a lot of short distance driving, not letting the vehicle warm up. Nothing to worry about.

What if I said Toyota "redesigned" the HG on the V6's...

I wouldn't worry. I see Volvo 5 cylinder's with this a lot. It's just condensation.

I would ask whe did they redesign it and if I am ok with my 2008.

seen it on quite a few engines. It's normal. Blow-by (from normal crankcase pressure) and condensation cause it. looks and smells gross. I like touching it.
