Digital Heater Control Unit

Does anyone have a good source for a replacement digital heater control unit for a 99? I'm leaning towards sending mine out for repair (approx. $135) but want to see if there's a cheaper option available before I do so. This ones very temperamental, works when it wants to, never when you need it to and at times turns on at high blower speed.

Not that I know of.

There is a guy on Fleabay that repairs them and has good feedback, but I am unaware of his pricing.

That was my option (repair guy on eBay), just want to see if there is a better option out there, thanks though.
