Digital Temp Dial On Drivers Side Won't Change

I have a 2010 4 Runner with the digital temperature dial. I can adjust the temperature on the passenger side but temperature dial on the drivers side just switches between 73 and 74 no matter how many times I turn it in any direction.

Has anyone ever had this problem.

How do I fix it.
