I bought my second 4runner early into the month of February, 2013 with 198,000k. It is equipped with a 5 speed manual transmission (R150) and the V6 3.slo (3VZE). My initial intentions for the rig were to bring it to mechanically sound standards, and mildly lifting the suspension; pretty typical stuff. This has been a fairly slow build, I intend on keeping the IFS around for now.

I have Rear coils, shocks, panhard drop, etc. waiting to go on.

Yours is pretty sweet as well, I like the color and it makes me want to go with mud terrains instead.

It should be nice out on the trails, although, it's a bit flimsy for what it is, which was really disappointing.

It likes to drop a nasty beat every time I hit a bumpy road.

I intend to replace it... Eventually with a bumper mounted spare.

love it! looks good to me. I used to have a 90 and I totally regret selling it. I miss the tire carrier. I actually just bought a 94 because I missed my old 2nd gen.

Nope, the i405 Southbound on the Eastside of Seattle. 2nd time that year, in nearly the same exact location at the 520 merge.

Jeff at Badland Bumpers in Ravensdale completed my front bumper yesterday, I picked it up today. The turn around was less than a week for me, even with a couple personal tweaks. This one of the more exciting modifications thus far. Build quality is on point, as well as his customer service. Sliders and a rear winch bumper are next on the list.

The bumper will be coated in black Monstaliner and an Engo EPF10000S with synthetic line is on order.
