How's the room in the engine bay to work on stuff like spark plugs, is there anything with the swap youd need to pull the engine to do?

How's the room in the engine bay to work on stuff like spark plugs, is there anything with the swap youd need to pull the engine to do?

It was pretty easy to work on things with the v8 in it. I didn’t note having to pull the engine for anything like that, basic maintenance was easy as if it was meant to be in the truck. Oil changes, spark plug replacement, ect. I didn’t need to pull the engine to replace a water pump either, it just all kinda…worked. If that makes sense.

I will soon be back….although, I’m not sure at what point I should start a new build thread, or stick with this one to keep threads down.

Tomorrow or Thursday the wife and I will be picking up another 3rd gen. It is a 2001 4wd. We are also now located back in Texas!
