Disabling things on an 03

Newb questions, I know... I do not have an owners manual...

In an 03 4runner SR5 Sport 4X4...

How do you disable the beeps when locking/unlocking with keyless entry?

How do you disable the Seatbelt Nag alarm?

How do you disable the automatic door lock/unlock? (on speed or shifting out of park)

You can unplug the unlock lock beep its located in the driver side front fender apron. Theres a black wire leading to it in the engine bay and a 10mm bolt holding it.

The auto lock feature can be changed easily. The instructions are on this site. I found them a long time ago using search.

Im not sure about the seat belt chime, my truck doesnt have it.

You can change the lock/unlock beep and the auto lock/unlock behavior using a scan tool like a Mini VCI cable. http://www.toyota-4runner.org/gener...-tis-techstream-8-x-windows-7-8-64-bit-3.html My dealer wanted $60 to do it, so I did it myself. I didn't see an option for the seatbelt chime, but I didn't look at every option yet.

I also set the timer that automatically locks the doors if you don't open one within 30 seconds of unlocking to 60 seconds instead. I think you can disable it, but it's nice if you sit on your keys inside and unlock without knowing it. Even 60 seconds is too short, but that's the longest I could set it without disabling it.
