DIY Tail Light Chrome Delete

I'm looking for advice on the best way to delete the chrome from the tail lights.
Any advice or recommendation is greatly appreciated.

If you're looking for cheap, this is the best option I've found

Otherwise the USR lights the chrome is blacked out but they're like $300
