DIY Whiteline bushing upgrade (LCA)

My LCA bushings were squeaky and worn. Decided to document the process to change them out in case anyone wants to tackle this job versus paying someone else or purchasing arms with bushings installed already. These are for whitelines, energy suspension involves re-using the inner washer/tube assembly and outer bearing shells. You could use this same process for replacing with OEM. This definitely fixed my squeaky suspension but also fixed death wobble under braking and I now have an alignment that is reliable.

Is it the flex of the rubber that allows LCA to pivot, like OEM, or does Whitelines allow actual up/down movement of LCA w/o flex of bushing, like a motorcycle swingarm?
