hi all.. Does anyone know anything about speakers, and amps? I was considering to purchase two JBL Soundfactor (SF-25), speaker(500watts), one amp, Gemsound PA-3500. and one Eliminator Par 38 Pack for my nephews 16 birthday! I'm getting a total of $979.00 Does anyone have any other suggestions for speakers, lights or amps? up to $1,000? also if anyone knows someone knows where i could get them at a good price, it would be greatly appreciated! THanks!

for subs i would go with jl, diamond, focal and boston acoustic they hit hard but maintain sound quality. they are the best
amps are judged by the amount of rms watts the subs put out so then you'l have to find an amp to meet your subs

speakin of dj kareoke shit, i got a vocopro DA-9800 RV, and EV sx80 speakers, they are loud enough, if u really wanna go louder, get a vocopro KJM-7900 plus mixer, and a vocopro VP-2000 Pro amp, and u juss have to get vocopro VX-15 speaker, that should be enough for your needs, its loud too. and if u want more bass, get a car subwoofer, like a 2 jl audio 13w6 and hook it up to vocopro VP-600X amplifier , then ur good to go
