I don't surf but I Jet Ski. I have a 2001 Kawasaki 1100 STX DI that get me where I want on the water.

I surf, cant say I have been to other countries to surf, just Long Island and Huntington Beach California ( I love cali)

Ahhhhh Japan!

I just got myself a new surfvideo today, "Drive Thru: Japan". awesome waves! you should get yourself a board and a wetsuit and give it a try!

ah yes, Huntington gets good waves! Good for you! Ive never been to California, but im sure I will go someday!
It is officially flat today in Central FL, last couple weeks has been decently fun

I surf

Lived in Cocoa Beach/Satellite Beach area until about 6 months ago. I've surfed a few spots in France and Cali as well as Florida. France is the biggest I've been on yet though, I surfed Isabell a few years ago but it was white water surf, France was badass, a nice beach down by spain, and it was a constant 6-7 backside which is as big as isabel was with no foam. Biggest wave I've ever road was about 10 ft back, so about a 14-17 ft face. I broke my board that day:jump:

Yup - surf evey weekend if there's surf.

These days surf between Malibu and County Line on a 10 ft Robert August mal. If surf is over 6ft then I surf more like Huntington on my 7'2" Cutloose from Oz.

I've surfed various Indo spots, Thailand, Hong Kong, East and South coast Oz and several areas of CA's coastline.

Surfed for 30 years from 13yrs old (now getting to be an old fart!) with better stories of the old days than surfing skills today:D

Surfing and my family is my life. I have 5 boards than lean up against my stairwell wall, calendars of surf in most rooms and both my boy 8yrs girl 12yrs and my wife like surfing too.

I can't imagine living away from the surf even though I don't surf anywhere near as well as use to 15 yrs ago.

Life's a Beach!

I agree too with the above statement...this is where my name was really derived from "live4swell", and as all of you know swell=waves

I wish I had thought of that name before you. Its cool!

Surf in SoCal is crapped out at the moment with all these storms we are getting hit with. I suspect all the banks are going to be screwed up for some time with all the silt washing out to sea. Who knows - it may build better banks...here's hoping!

I've also always liked live4swell's name.

I don't have a HILUXsurf, but have several of it's accessories and can say that I do surf. Not very much anymore, but occasionally. I have always preferred body surfing.....and will probably continue to do that more frequently than actual surfing. Just to clarify, for the people that don't know, body surfing isn't body boarding or boogie boarding........ it is when you don't use a board. I've just always prefered it. It is fun to be out there with surfers and have them cut me off because they didn't realize that I would be able to actually ride the wave. They apoligize a lot of times and I get a lot of props from surfers because they don't see it that often.

I must say that it is kinda weird on an outside break, that is pretty far from shore, without a board. I feel a little more like shark bait than the guys sitting on top of boards. Ok, enough of my rambling.

Bling bling...
