By what math is 180 within 10% of 210?

Who said it was? 10% is a general rule. The Toyota spec is within 15psi for all cylinders. Both of those are not met with the OPs engine, but it doesn't mean its the end of the world yet...

The more even the PSI compression numbers is in an engine. The smoother it will run. At least that is what I have seen over the years anyways. They start getting really out of spec of each other. The engine will run rougher. The ecu can not compensate with less or more fuel and the engine engine. You notice this in non firing cylinder big time. These V6 run like complete crap when you loose a cylinder let alone a few. :-(

Thanks for all the advice, guys.

Today, I got that misfire sorted out. New spark plugs. Running smooth now.

Tomorrow, I plan on doing the following:

1. Compression test (with warm engine this time)
2. Wet compression test
3. Leak down test
4. Possibly a combustion leak test

I will let y'all know!
