I'm curious to hear the outcome too! I hope it was all covered under warranty at least.
 
Just wanted to raise this thread back from the dead.

I really want to know the outcome as I'm sure there are others as well. If for anything, to benefit others from going down the same path. I'm currently battling a mysterious draw to one of my Odyssey batteries which I'm positive is my own doing. But I don't really want to tamper with the factory charging system if I'm going to end up buying an ECU.

Good to know! I'm actually relieved the know that it wasn't your alternator so I may actually consider this path with all the stupid electrical accys I have installed on my ride.
