do my headlights look correctly aimed

I followed the guidelines on aiming. I got the vertical fine, but horizontally I'm not sure. Now this pic it's Only at about 10ft, but i did aim them at 25ft like recommended

No they are aligned coorectly. They should look like this:

EDIT: NO, they are NOT aligned correctly. They should look like the pic I posted.

OK so they look correct, just seems a little weird when im driving.

I know what you mean. I drove around like that until I read that (your picture) wasn't the correct alignment. If you think about it, ANYONE to your right, you would be blinding. The right way (my pic), both headlights are level. I do agree in your inference that it seems weird (the strip of light in between the step ups).
 
when i lifted my truck i set them as shown in the first post just to cut down on what other car drivers see. with that and my 60w 9005 fogs i have no problems on the road

I had already adjusted them after my lift, but I just recently bought some new headlights and was trying to adjust those, im just not sure horizontally if they are correct.
