do radio lights normally look like this?

I was reading another thread about backlights. I thought mine were out.. I just bought this 04 4-runner SR5. It seemed dark at night.

The only thing that lights up on mine is the lcd.

Is that normal? What fuse should I check?

Tail fuse

It's the 10 amp TAIL fuse. wow huge difference
