Do you drive with a gun?

I generally just keep it out of sight and separate from my registration and insurance paperwork and avoid it even becoming a topic of conversation if I get pulled over.

I've been told by LEOs in the past that if you go ahead and let them know it's in there, they are appreciative and probably willing to be more lenient. Of course, not all officers are the same and not all situations are the same. I usually play it by ear.

I keep my Beretta PX4 Storm SC .40 in the hideaway in the glove box.

I live in Cali and as a lot of you know is one of the strictest state. We are fighting to get CCW license, especially here in SD, but have been very difficult. We are left to carry only to/from gun ranges, BLM and hunting. I have a 9mm and .40 at home to protect my family but so wishing I could carry it with me or car but I do have a machete and knife in the car.

More Guns mean More Restrictions

When I was in Jr. High and High School it was legal to carry your rifle/shotgun on a gun rack in the back of your pick up truck. At least it was until someone did the unthinkable and now that practice is no longer legal in VA. However it is legal in VA to drive around with a loaded pistol in plain view on the passengers seat even if you get pulled over for speeding. That is however not allowed in MD, DC, or Delaware to the best of my knowledge.

Luckily, as a retired fed, I am legal to carry in all 50 states. In today's times, I me ever leave home with out my Glock .40.

Everyday, everywhere, Canik tp9sa 18 rnd mag next to me in a finger release holster. Before that Smith and Wesson 40 sigma 14 rnd mag ... never needed to use it, but every vehicle sale or buying I bring a pistol or someone with a pistol

The 1st thing I did when I moved to Nebraska from New Jersey was to get my new drivers license. The 2nd was to obtain a firearm purchase permit. The 3rd was to swap the purchase permit with CCW after completing the course. I never knew how much of a police state NJ was until I moved to the Midwest... :ak472:

I carry in Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. My Oregon license expired last month...

If I am going on a road trip, camping, etc I will just carry my trusty Glock 19. It fits very well in the little door pocket on my 3rd gen. Out and about around town I carry a Glock 36 or a Walther PPS.

I've only drawn my CCW once and have never pulled up on a target.

Yes, I do have concealed carry permit for multiple states, including Illinois. I do carry a concealed firearm as needed, I hope that I will never have to use it, but if my life is endangered I will.

Out of the 38.8 million peasants both legal & illegal here in Mexifornia only 33,000 or so are allowed to exercise a right.

The Führer Feinstein is allowed to CCW, but her life has value the peasants not so much and if your beliefs center on the GOP even less.

Last year the Dims passed a law to release prisoners from our over crowded jails, now what bad things could happen with such a well thought out idea? Who would have thunk crime would go up?

I carry either semi auto or a wheel in a if I do not want to leave litter behind. When I want to go all cartel I carry a FN Five Seven.

I have my AR and plate carrier happily secured and bloted down in a locked case in my cargo area along with my sidearm on my side. Only time I can't carry it is when I go on base for navy reserves now, riddle me that shit...
