I used to smoke but I stop because of lung complication.

I had the same problem. Smoking can cause lung disease by damaging your airways and the small air sacs (alveoli) found in your lungs and I tought that replacing cigarretes with a vape will be better. Around 3 days after quitting, I felt moodiness and irritability, severe headaches, and cravings as the body readjusts. In as little as 1 month as I start vaping, buying the best vape from RELX | Let's RELX Thailand - สินค้าครบสุด มีส่งด่วน 1ชม., my lung function started to improve. As the lungs heal and lung capacity improves,, I noticed less coughing and shortness of breath.

Cbd

True. I choose CBD cigarettes as well. It really helps me to relieve the stress. I've been having chronic pain in my leg because of a trauma, and the pain was already killing me. So thx to CBD cigarettes, and as well because I used high-quality cbd oil, I don't experience pain anymore. I can tell that I have become a better person. I am not easily irritated by anyone or anything. Life's just better. And I really enjoy the cigarettes after a hard day at work, watching a movie with some snacks. It's just something extraordinary!

Never heard of CBD before.

Never did, never have. I’m probably the most pro smoking non smoker there is, just never did anything for me.

Coffee is my cigarette, so to speak.

I can't stand the stuff, it doesn't agree with me. Shame, as I am a 45 minute flight from Amsterdam. :biggrin1:

I am in the process of quitting smoking cigarettes, but will enjoy a Cuban cigar from time to time.

So nicotine, caffeine and alcohol are my 'vices'

Used to long ago. Now I want to throw up when I smell someone smoking or someone that smells of smoke. I simply cannot believe I used to do that or smell like that.

About 10 years now. Up here it's easier to point out those who don't smoke. Arguably more common than drinking, which I don't see as that much of a bad thing personally. I've done quite a few drugs but now all I do is smoke every so often and even debating dropping that these days, time to grow up a little and start a career
Been debating leaving my machinist job to go grow weed at my buddy's farm/lab since the pay is so good, but it's just soooo boring to me and they all think it's the most interesting, most fascinating thing on the planet  Making oil is fun and something I'm good at, but I'd have to spend a few months in the garden first and I just do NOT have the patience to watch the grass grow, no pun intended

Do vape. Is the best choice!

I was dabbling with a vape pen and when I needed to clean up because of job changes it took me 3 freaking months. That 70% vape stuff is so potent. I didnt even really notice because it was a lot more like edibles than smoking, to me anyway. Very subtle but holy shit strong stuff.

I know this is an old thread but it just came up in my feed. I have 3 brothers, we're all over 70 and started smoking in our teens. Brothers 1, 2 & 4 quit long ago, in our mid-30s. #3 continued to smoke 2-3 packs a day. He was in a managed care facility for about 2 years so he had to quit before they took him in.

He died this past February, lung cancer that spread to his liver and intestinal area. It was not a pleasant or quick death. He didn't even know he had anything wrong with him until a couple weeks before. Brother #4 made it to his bedside and said it was horrible to watch. They had to pump brother #3 full of drugs to stop his screaming. He lasted 3 days.

In the early years we all laughed at the non-smokers, believing cancer would never find us. We were "cool". My father got lung cancer at 53 and they cut out a piece of his lung. He continued to smoke. The surgeon said if he didn't stop he'd be dead at 67. That was enough for 3 of us to quit cold turkey. Dad didn't quit and he died at 67 just like the prediction.

I know this is a nag and I nagged my brother for decades to quit. He called me a reformed prostitute and continued to smoke. So call me what you will, but I beg you to quit, not for me, not even for you, but for those that you will leave behind. Your life will be better too, much more enjoyable.

I used to smoke for years, mostly out of habit rather than enjoyment. Quitting wasn’t easy I went through all the usual phases of irritability and craving but switching to vaping helped me cut down gradually until cigarettes just didn’t appeal anymore. The key for me was finding the right nicotine level and flavor so it felt like a replacement, not a punishment. Now it’s been over two years without a cigarette, and I don’t really miss it. I still enjoy using my Lost Vape setup when I need a quick nicotine fix, mostly out of routine. It’s cleaner, easier to manage, and doesn’t leave that lingering smell cigarettes always did.
