Doberman Pinscher chasing ducks on South Lake Tahoe when it's starting to freeze over

cool little video I made with my GoPro last weekend when I had the pups playing on the frozen tundra! it was 20 degrees out and snowing for the third day in a row and lake tahoe was frozen over about 20-25 feet from the shoreline

your black an tan one is gorgeous!!! what kennel did you get them from love the styling of the ear crop gorgeous dobermans no dog touches your heart like a dobie, so loyal and fierce yet big loving babies!

They both came from the same breeder (2 years apart), Double Diamond Dobermans, up in Valentine NE. They're no longer breeding. I was 18 when I got my male and I didn't know anything about dogs and what to look for. I just knew I wanted a Doberman. So looking back, the kennel he came from wasn't all that great.

Ears done by the same vet. He's now retired, but did such a great job on them.

You're right though. No dog touches your heart more. I have a Dane now and though I love him to pieces, I still miss my Dobermans.
