I have a 2003 SR5 4Runner, so does my car have RDS and the JBL system?

You would also have JBL and RDS on the radio itself, and if you did have RDS the radio would display the name and artist of the tune you are listening too on the radio display screen.

You would know. I have them and there are JBL badges on every single speaker. If you don't see anything JBL, you don't have them.
