Does the Ltd have bigger brakes? Does this limit how small a wheel I can put on?

As stated in subject. Much appreciated! I'd like to put on a smaller set of wheels to replace the stock 18's for the winter. Not sure how small I can go, does anyone else have experience with this?

If you're wondering if the Limited has bigger brakes because it comes with 18" wheels, the answer to this question is no. It has the same size rotors and calipers as the SE with the 17" wheels. 16" wheels might even fit too...

Yes the Limited has the bigger rotors and I don't think the 16" will fit.

As stated above, 17" is the smallest that you can go.

At very least I would think you would need new calipers and caliper hanging bracket in addition to the rotors.
