Yea but they would dent or break the first time a piece of gravel bounces up and hits it lol

you right. have you got your runner back up and going yet. Ive been trying to get you some pics of that exhaust but its been super rainy and im trying to get my volvo running again so i have a car for work

We're at the point where the Chinese are the only ones making 4WD compact trucks that can be bought new. I think they use an old Mitsubishi diesel. Isn't this what everyone has been demanding to be sold here?

Top gear actually reviewed the steed. The pickup version it dont sound bad for the price of it. I want to see how it performs in a crash test. Wonder if anyone is doing a long term reliability test of it. I know russians already got a hold of it and taking it offroading already.
Either way ill stick to my used toyotas.

Unfortunatley I haven't. It'll be sitting until the summer since the guy that is fixing it is demanding I help in order to keep the price low and I can't be in California for more than a week until then because of college.

Until then the only rigs I'll be touching are santanvalleydirt's and lofreqjeff's. The nice thing is Jeff is pulling his so I'll be able to get a little practice in :D

And no worries man. I honestly completely forgot about that haha

I think i saw his post in the PNW section. Iv'e been good ecept that i cant seem to keep a car on the road. I blew the engine in my runner and my volvo is having fuel delivery issues. My brother in laws 2wd that i told you about is coming along nicely. WE are putting a 327 in it instead of redoing his 22r. He still thinks im crazy when i tell him that you had a buddy with a 22re with 350 pistons in it.. We did find out that the 22r in his 84 4runner is the per 83 block so he can put his 20r head on it. So we are getting parts together for that build.

Yeah I missed heard him haha, either that or he back tracked. I talked to him about it the other day when he had the head off. He says he said it was damn near a 350 piston. Opened up to 94mm.
