Does this tire need to be replaced?

3 week old ridge grapplers. Just noticed this sidewall cut. Happened at FJ Summit.

Is this a safety concern? Doesn't seem too deep. Cannot see any threads.

I've ran worst. E rated tires are approx. 1/8" thick sidewall.
But, your choice.

These are C load, but still, probably minor enough not to worry. No bubble / weakness showing.

No warranty, especially sidewall cuts.

Was just looking for some experienced feedback.
