Door Hinges? Refurbish?

Hey folks,

One of my rear doors seems to randomly have a worn upper hinge. I checked my other doors and they have very minimal up-and-down play... just this door for some reason.

Has anyone attempted to refurb the pins and bushings in these? Or do you just have to replace them outright?

On my 4R, the bottom hinge on rear driver side door was shot. New hinges were discontinued in the US, found the upper from Amayama but not the bottom hinge on rear driver. I ended up locating a good used bottom. I manage to purchase new hinges on both front, pass rear and hood from partsouq and Amayama.

If you plan to keep the 4R, get OEM hinges. Pass rear bottom was available new at Amayama or partsouq.
