door pnl removal

I am going to replace my speakers put Accumat on my doors and rear cargo this weekend. Does anyone have any tips on doing this?

Any advice on removing the front and rear door panels? I have not found any details on removing the panals and that usually means it's real simple...for someone who has done it once already.

Is there a repair manual for the 2005 V6 Limited yet? Cant seem to find one through the local auto shops.
