I added a mount for my bike rack so the bikes will swing out with the tire for easier access to the hatch.

Nice! I’ve been looking at getting a 1up Rack. Did you have to buy additional locks for that rack? I saw they sell Wheel Locks and Add-On Locks/Hitch Bar Lock. I had Yakima’s products before and ordered 8 lock cores with key. Curious how this one works.

Great rack! I've had mine for a few years. Great product. I have the lock for the hitch bolt so no one can remove it even if they have the special allen key. I also have the additional rack that bolts on so I can carry 2 bikes. I bought a lock for that. I don't have one for the wheels because I use a cable and lock. I ordered the wheel locks but they sent me the wrong item. It was a huge hassle to send back so I never got around to it. Make sure you get all the locks keyed the same so you aren't stuck with 3 or 4 keys.

I picked some new coils to handle the extra weight. Dobinsons 314 up front and 675V in the rear. Long travel rear shocks are on back order but plan to get those soon also. The 675V is rated for stock weight for 3". With the rear bumper I netter a solid 2.5" or slightly more. Rides great as well.

Went with red this time around. Might end up painting them some other color once the yellow shocks come in. Not looking for any McD's sponsorships here. Installed the rears this weekend. Haven't installed the front bumper yet. Still waiting on my fogs and winch. just collecting parts at the moment.

I was able to get the Demello bumper mounted up Sunday evening. Haven’t installed the front Dobinsons coils. This is still with the T1 coils.

Haha yea. Sold it all and now building it again. Long story short. I was going to get rid of it. Now I’m keeping it. So this is my second Demello bumper.

What are your impressions on the KM3s vs the RGs for on road noise? How much louder are the KMs?

They are noticeably louder compared to the Nitto RG R/T. For a brand new MT they aren't bad. Definitely on the quieter side. It's a progressive scale from AT, RT, MT. It'll take some time to feel them out in different conditions but I'll be in some mud this weekend and plenty of rain.

Also, something else to consider. The BFG KM3 is not much bigger than the 285 Nitto RG. This is my only real big complaint. If these came in a 305, I'd say that would be closer to the true size of a 295 RG. These aren't as big as my old 295 Nitto RG's that's for sure. Nitto RGs in 295 were 3 mph off on the speedo. These are almost dead on, just like my 285 Nitto RG's. I also had to space out my fenders and make more room for the Nitto RG's in 295. These fit just fine without my spacing I did on the OEM fender.

In this picture you can kind of see the gap between the fender and driver door. I used a longer bolt and a couple of washers to push out the bottom of the fender to create additional clearance for the bigger 295 RG tires.

Yes, 5100s set at zero.
