Downey w/Doetsch Tech

I have a friend of mine that has a set of Downey with Doetsch Tech shocks. Both are brand new never been installed. They have a 3" lift. I am able to pick them up for less then $200. Are they worth it and are they any good. This is for the rear only.

Downey coil springs maybe?
Downey stuff was pretty decent, depending on what DT shocks, it's probably worth $200. What are you going to do for the fron?

Not sure on the front. A budget is definitely in mind here as well. What would you recommend? I was thinking about Bilstein with my stock springs and Daystar spacer.
I am on a budget for this build anyways. I don't want to have to extend brake lines and drop panhard and all that. I know I will have to do the diff drop.

What about if I use Bilstein 5100's with my stock springs? I have 20 1/2" from center of hub to fender so the springs are sagging and I just want a small lift since it is still the family hauler for me. I am thinking on the 5100's and a diff drop then I should still be good to go?!
