Driver Lean Replacement Shocks

I know driver side lean is covered heavily on this forum and across other Toyota trucks, like the Tacoma for a long time now, but has this happened AFTER replacing an aftermarket lift with a different brand?

I previously had the Bilstein 5100 shocks installed with Toytec 2” coils in the rear. Had this setup for about 3 years and one started to develop a slow leak so I replaced just the rear shocks with Dobinsons. Now I notice a driver side lean (didn’t do this with previous setup). I took a quick measurement and the driver side is about 3/4”-1” shorter compared to the passenger side. Only thing I can think of is the single sided drawer I have on the driver side, but this is the same drawer I used when I had my previous suspension.

The correct length and travel shocks installed correctly do not determine rear ride ride height unless they are defective(sticking,binding). The rear springs determine ride height.

That’s what I thought as well, which is why I’m confused because I kept the rear springs. The only thing I changed out were the rear shocks.

That is strange. Did you take the rear springs out? Sometimes you can swap springs left to right as the spring rates are rarely EXACTLY the same and have a range . Or sometimes the rear springs aren't seated correctly.

You can also add a trim pack spacer to the lower side spring ,like this one ...

Nope. I was able to remove and replace the rear shocks without touching any of the other suspension components. Literally just removed the bolt holding the top of the shock and the bolt holding the lower. Snugged lower bolts in the air and torques on the ground.

Might be the shocks then? Try it without them or with the bottoms loose from the axle .
I know that top shock nut is a bee atch .lol
