Here's my second annoying problem. Whenever I close my driver window, it makes a horrible sqeeking noice until it settles in. The noise come after it reaches the weatherstrip and seems to be comming from inside the door, near the top of the door. Almost like it's pushing too hard into the weatherstrip, overloading the mechanism, then when it stops, the squeek eases off. It is really irritating. Any ideas?

Have you tried cleaning out the rubber tracks with a wet rag? What I usually do is shove a wet rag in between the groove and wipe it out a few times. Also another possible source for squeaks is the felt strip at the base of the window sill...with the glass completely down clean in between the two felt strips thoroughly with that wet rag as well. I found that the tiniest amount of dirt build up on that felt strip makes my rear tailgate window squeal like heck, very irritating, lol.

I have the same problem. my drivers side window shreaks then clunks going or down, but it only does it when the door is closed. If I open the door no noises happen...

silicone spray all the window channels, it just dry and dirty, it also lube the channels for smooth operation, also spray some on the sunroof if u have it.

mine is doing this now. I wiped out the channels. Didn't help :-( It sounds like its coming from the bottom of the window. Ill try to get a video of it.

Mine sounds exactly like that. But it's coming from the bottom of the window. Sprayed the crap out of it with lithium grease. Still does it. I noticed that with the window all the way up, if i pull up on the witch the window will go up another maybe 1/8". Once I let go of the button it'll drop back down that 1/8". Driving there is some wind noise coming from the drivers window and only the drivers window. Anyone know what it could be?
well crap it seems to be fine now. Guess it took a few cycles to get the lube where it needed to be.
