Driver's seat '98 & '00

My 1998 4Runner SR5 V6 needs the driver's seat replaced. I found a 2000 one. I haven't gone to look at it yet. Wondering if anyone knows if this would be an exact match (not asking about cosmetics here) to my '98? Just looking at the pics he posted it looks almost identical. Need to know if the holes for attaching it will match and whatever else I am too ignorant to know. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I am hoping it is, cause that is exactly what I am about to do. Should finally get the seats in a day or so.
