Driver's side interior grab handle upper

I'll swear I saw a pic of an install but cannot find it now. Is it the same part number as the one used on the passenger side ?

Wonder why the LE does not come with it.

It was a quick add-on by "LUXURY". None of them come with it as I'm guessing its not somewhere you would hang your clothes... nor grab on to.
