Drivers side sag?

I've got an 03 with 138k on it, stock struts, daystar 1.2/2. Measuring ground to bottom of the fenders, I'm almost exactly 1/2 inch lower on my drivers side for both front and back.

Should I be worried? Is this indicative of bad struts? Is this normal?

It sounds like the "Toyota Lean" which is really common and not to be worried about. The gas tank sits on the drivers side of the truck. I would measure with below a quarter tank and see if it changes.

As Rick mentioned it's the Toyota lean. You will notice the battery & gas tank are both on the driver side.
