driveshaft grease?

getting ready to grease my driveshaft & u-joints on a 08 v6 4wd & wondering what type of grease is best to use. the manual says to use lithium base nlgi#2 multi purpose grease for the u-joints. but for the driveshaft it says to use a "molybdenum-disulfide" lithium base nlgi#2 grease... but then says or lithium base multi purpose #2 grease.

my question/confusion is, does the driveshaft need to use the moly base grease or is it saying the non moly grease is ok too? i assume the factory used the moly base grease, & ive read the 2 arent compatible, but toyota wouldn't say to use one OR the other if it was a problem mixing the 2.

i have lots of lithium base #2 grease but the moly base is harder to find locally & is more expensive... will it hurt anything to use the non moly on the driveshaft? i doubt its ever been greased with 140k miles so im thinking anything is better than being dry.

I use LucasOil Red 'N' Tacky #2 and it works great.

thanks for the links, i have read the first one before & it kinda goes back & forth about which grease is ok to use, some say must use moly for sliders, others say non moly is fine & the manual even implies it too... which is why i was asking what most people are using now. the manual is definitely a little confusing.

the lucas grease linked to is probably good stuff, but right below it on that page is a moly base from supertech for $3.50. i will probably get that for now if its available at my local walmart.
