I think I GOT it from your grease thread. At least I started there. Sorry, I don't have it saved. But it was some guy who claimed to be a driveline tech who had seen several drivelines on his bench with bearings ruined by moly. As you demonstrate, there are opinions on both sides of this one. But I have never seen a claim that MP is bad for slip yokes. I have a thirty year old BushHog driveline with a splined slip joint and it has only run MP. That thing runs at a steady 1650 rpm all day, with lots more in/out than a 4Runner driveline will ever see (it goes way in/out with every turn at every corner of the field).
So I went from "Who can do more..." to "First, do no harm". And if one IS wrong, I figured switching after ten years would spread the risk. Again, I grease often enough that I'm not really worried either way.
