DRL disable....Kinda

Working on my retrofit setup. Need help trying to disable my DRL but still using it to power the leds for DRL. Wanting to use the regular headlight switch to turn on and off the headlights since I have HID's now. I see on the fuse box where there is a fuse for DRL, headlight hi, and headlight lo. Gonna assume they are separate circuits. Picture for reference to get an idea what I am working on.

I ended up just wiring my halo's to a switched power so they are on whenever the truck is on.

Why don't you just cut the wire and you can wire them to turn on with the corners
