DRLs and engine pressure light on after turning off

Has anybody else had an issue where once the engine is killed and key removed from ignition, the DRLs stay on and the engine pressure dash light comes on? I can pull the fuse to turn them off but I can't seem to find what the root cause of this problem is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
