Regardless of who installs it you're going to want to learn about how the system works, for both safety and maintenance. More learning involved if you want to put it in yourself, not limited to hydraulic crimping, soldering, and basic circuit design. Relatively speaking it's not as scary as it may sound, in fact it's pretty straightforward, but there's legwork to do if you haven't already.
Being near Salt Lake my first thought would be to call Cruiser Outfitters or Equipt Expedition Outfitters, I've ordered and gotten good help from both and I'd imagine they could reference you to a reputable shop for work.
