Dual Battery Tray for Anything But Optima?

Has anyone found a tray that will sit side by side batteries that aren't optima? People seem to have issues with optima across the board, yet manufacturers are seemingly only offering dual trays catered to those 34/78 batteries.

The only one I could find was by genesis offroad and they want $500. HA!

If someone has made another tray work with a different battery please let me know what you did. If I can't find a solution, I may build a box to sit the battery where the spare tire is located.

Idk what model you have but I just made one from angle iron and bolted it in the back left corner of the hood. Some cars have stuff there though. Pics in my build but you need to click link and go to Photobucket to view.
