I'm running mine @36-37psi and have been getting good wear,@32psi I was wearing the shoulders a bit too much and my truck is the stock weight,people carrying more armor and whatnot might push the psi up near 40psi but like stated before use a chalk system instead of eyeballing them to make sure they are set where you want them.

I just put on C rated 265/75/16's and got them a little dirty...:driving:

I have no complaints, they are exactly what I wanted. But, I have noticed a slight drop in MPG's which was expected.

If anyone is thinking about getting them, DO IT!!! Highly recommend.

Just reviving this old thread, after some searching I couldn't really find a thread that gave any numbers for MPG. I understand it's a truck and mpg isn't the main thing, just curious to see what people are getting with 285/75/16's on the highways. (I make a 300 mile trip over mountains for school to home. I get about 20-22mpg right now with 265/75/16's Toyo A/T's which I hate.)

im getting around 18 mpg highway with 285/75/16 and a 3'' toytec lift and 1'' body lift if i drive 65 and under . was getting 20 stock . above 65 it starts really drinking fuel .

Put 265/75/16's on in Feb. Got them locally with tax for $880. couldn't be happier. Have a friend in CO who's a die hard BFG AT fan and he put a set of Duratrac 285's on his Taco and raves about them. Was thinking the 265/75's would look funny after lift installation, but I'm quite fine with it. Like the flex room available. Will put another set on when these wear out but I think I'll stick with 265's-
