Hey guys...so I have done a couple of searches and I can't seem to find an answer to my exact question.

I have a '06 V8 Limited totally stock as of now. I do have plans of putting a lift in it at some point but not yet. As we are heading into winter I am in need of new tires and have decided to go with the Duratracs.

Now being a limited I have the 18's which limits my size option. Pretty much the best option is LT275/65R18 with a Diameter of 32.1.

Can anyone tell me for sure that I will be able to fit this tire on my runner with the STOCK suspension?? I have read a few things that I MIT have to do some trimming and I would be ok with that...I just want to make sure I am not wasting $900+ before I order them.

A 32.1" tire should fit with trimming. My 265/70/17's were 31.8" and i did minimal trimming for them, you should be fine. Worst comes to worse you add some 1/2" spacers.

Yea, you should be fine with some minor trimming. What about a small leveling kit? Something like the Daystar Budget boost runs about $40 shipped. This would lift up the front and really help with fitting the tires.

It does look like the biggest issues would be found in the front so maybe the leveling kit would work out. Like I said...I do want to do an OME lift at some point...but the piggy bank isn't full enough for both yet. And I need new tires for the snowy season we get up here in NH.

For what it's worth - I have a 2/2 cornfed spacer lift and spidertrax wheel spacers and my 265/70 R17 Duratracs rubbed on the front mudflaps. Once they were removed all was clear.

I just put on 275/65/18's on my limited. I do have the 1" leveling spacer on the front and 1.5" wheel spacers as well and it required trimming the wheel well liner and I need to trim a bit more on the passenger side, but it's not bad at all. Totally worth the improved look though.
